The United States Postal Service via Parcel Post is used in most cases. For International deliveries, the recipient is responsible for all custom or import duties. We reserve the right to vary these amounts if the situation so warrants.     WARRANTY- JETI and Terra Nova warrant that if the product's instructions are followed within the terms of the medical disclaimer. and a good faith effort on the part of the end user is applied, satisfactory results in terms of growth will occur. Satisfoactory results are at least one inch of growth in Penis length in 4 to 6 weeks of exercise. If not, please follow the instructions in the Return Policy section below within 45 days from the time of shipment for a credit or refund minus any shipping charges. You must return the product post paid before credit or refund is applied and obtain a RMA number to be written on the return packaging.     Return Policies: In the unlikely event a product is defective, we will replace or repair the individual tool free of charge subject to the return of the product for inspection. This policy is in effect 12 months from the date of shipment and terminates thereafter. If you find the product(s) ineffective (subject to our Warranty terms, see Warranties above) you may return it for full refund minus any shipping charges up to 45 days from the date of shipment. You must email a request for a RMA# (Return Authorization number)which must be displayed on the return packaging or it will be refused.
